SHIPPING POLICY

Overview
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made directly through our online store operated by Mayolux, LLC (“Mayolux,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Return and Refund Policy.

“Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. An order is considered “shipped” when it is handed to the carrier (not when a label is created).

Shipping destinations
We offer shipping only to the destinations and addresses we make available at checkout. We may not be able to ship to all countries, regions, or addresses.

We may restrict, suspend, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain destinations due to legal restrictions, sanctions, export controls, carrier limitations, customs rules, address deliverability, or operational constraints. If we cancel an order for these reasons, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method.

Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped to eligible destinations and addresses, as shown at checkout. Free shipping has no cash value and is not refundable.

We select the carrier, route, and service level for each shipment in our discretion. If we ever offer an optional paid shipping upgrade at checkout, it will be displayed at checkout and any fee will be shown there.

Free shipping does not include import duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage, or handling fees that may be assessed by a destination country or collected by a carrier.

Order processing and fulfillment
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably practicable after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing times vary and are not guaranteed.

Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, product drops, promotions, holidays, inventory verification, fraud-prevention checks, address verification, or other operational constraints.

If an item is offered as a preorder, made-to-order, or otherwise has an extended lead time, the expected ship timeframe will be stated on the product page or at checkout, and that disclosed timeframe controls for that item.

Shipping service and delivery estimates
We select the shipping carrier and service level for each shipment unless a specific option is displayed at checkout.

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery estimates generally begin after an order ships and do not include processing time.

Delivery timing may be affected by weather, service disruptions, peak-season volume, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other delays outside our control.

International shipping and import charges
Important import-charge disclosure for international deliveries: For international orders, we do not collect import duties, import VAT, or similar destination-country charges at checkout unless explicitly stated. Your shipment may be assessed import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage, or handling fees by the destination country and collected by the carrier before delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.

Some countries or carriers may require the recipient to provide additional information to complete delivery (for example a phone number, identity number, tax number, or other customs clearance information). You are responsible for responding promptly to carrier or customs requests. If a shipment is delayed, returned, seized, or deemed undeliverable because the recipient did not provide required information or did not pay required import charges collected by the carrier, the order will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not mark packages as gifts, do not undervalue shipments, and cannot modify customs declarations.

If an international shipment is refused, returned to sender, seized, delayed, or deemed undeliverable due to refusal or failure to pay import charges, inability to clear customs, import restrictions, incomplete recipient information, or other issues outside our control, it will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Order confirmation and tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.

Tracking may not update immediately after shipment. Carrier tracking is the primary source for delivery status. Some international shipments may be transferred to a local or final-mile carrier for delivery.

Address accuracy and delivery instructions
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and any necessary delivery instructions (for example apartment or unit number, gate codes, access details, or a phone number if required by the carrier).

If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible at snuzzli88@gmail.com. Address changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible once an order is in processing, once a label is created, or after the package is handed to the carrier.

PO boxes, forwarding services, and special addresses
Some carriers and destinations may not support delivery to PO Boxes or certain special addresses. If a carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, the shipment may be returned or deemed undeliverable and will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

If you choose to use a package forwarding service, freight forwarder, third-party receiver, hotel concierge, or similar service, delivery to that address (as shown by carrier tracking) is treated as delivery to you.

Split shipments
We may ship items in the same order separately if needed. If an order is split into multiple shipments, we will provide tracking for each shipment when available.

Signature confirmation
For certain orders, destinations, or risk profiles, we may require signature confirmation at delivery or use a service that includes signature or additional delivery verification, where available.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at snuzzli88@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging (including the shipping label). Please keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved. We will review the information and, where appropriate, work with you and the carrier on next steps consistent with our Return and Refund Policy.

Lost packages and delivery confirmation
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with carrier inquiry and documentation. For theft or loss after a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, remedies (if any) are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Shipping delays and your right to cancel
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout (or, if no time is stated, within 30 days), we will provide a delay notice with a revised shipping estimate and explain your right to cancel for a refund of any unshipped merchandise.

For longer or indefinite delays, and for second and subsequent delays, we will require your affirmative consent to the delay. If you do not consent, we will cancel the unshipped merchandise and issue a refund.

Returned-to-sender, refused, and undeliverable packages
If an order is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up from the carrier, incomplete recipient information required for delivery, or refusal or failure to pay import charges collected by the carrier, it will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy, including any applicable restocking fee (where permitted) and any outbound shipping costs we incurred (even if shipping was free).

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
