Return and Refund Policy (Worldwide)

Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our online store operated by Mayolux, LLC (“Mayolux,” “we,” “us,” “our”). No exchanges. Returns are accepted only as described below. This policy is not a return label. Do not send returns until you receive written return instructions from us. Return instructions and the return address (if applicable) will be provided only after you contact us and we confirm eligibility or applicable rights.

Eligible purchases
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our online store. Purchases made through third parties are not eligible under this policy.

Return window (voluntary returns)
For voluntary returns under this policy, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. “Delivery” means the date the carrier tracking shows the package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If carrier tracking is unavailable, we may use other delivery confirmation or our reasonable determination of delivery based on shipment records.

Return authorization and deadlines (voluntary returns)
For voluntary returns under this policy, returns require written return authorization and written return instructions from us before you ship anything back. After we authorize a return:
You must hand the return to the carrier within 14 calendar days of authorization (not just create a label), and
The return must be shown as delivered to the return address we provide within 45 calendar days of authorization.
Returns shipped or delivered after these deadlines are not eligible and may be refused. You are responsible for the return package until it is shown as delivered by carrier tracking.

Do not ship any return until you receive written return instructions from us. Returns sent without written instructions, or sent to any address other than the address we provide in writing, will not be processed and may be refused or returned to sender.

Return shipping, customs, and international charges
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm the return is due to our error (for example we shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the item is defective). We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your tracking number. International customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and for any customs forms, brokerage fees, VAT, import duties, or other government or carrier charges associated with returning the package.

Important import-charge disclosure for international deliveries: For international orders, we do not collect import duties, import VAT, or similar destination-country charges at checkout unless explicitly stated. Your shipment may be assessed import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage, or handling fees by the destination country and collected by the carrier before delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.

If a return shipment is sent with duties, taxes, brokerage, or COD charges due on delivery, we may refuse the shipment. If we accept such a shipment, we may deduct those charges from any refund to the extent permitted by law. We do not mark packages as gifts, do not undervalue shipments, and cannot modify customs declarations.

Condition requirements
Returned items must be:
unused and in the same condition as received
free of stains, odors, signs of wear, alteration, or damage
with tags attached (if applicable)
in original packaging and with all included accessories (if applicable)
Include your order number (or a copy of your order confirmation) inside the return package. If the item returned is not the original item sold, appears substituted, or is missing components, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:
items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” (except if defective or incorrect due to our error or where required by law)
gift cards
items that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage
items missing tags, original packaging, or included accessories (if applicable)

Inspection and rejected returns
All returns are inspected upon receipt. If a returned item does not meet the eligibility or condition requirements, it will be rejected and no refund will be issued. We will notify you. You may request the rejected item be shipped back to you at your expense within 14 days of our notice. If you do not request return shipping within 14 days, the item may be disposed of to the extent permitted by law.

Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved voluntary returns that are not due to our error, except where prohibited by applicable law. The restocking fee is calculated on the item purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes) and is deducted from your refund.

Refunds
If your return is accepted after inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method only.

Timing:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund (often up to 14 business days).

Shipping:
Free shipping has no cash value and is not refundable.
If shipping was charged, shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Discounts, promotions, and taxes:
Refunds reflect the amount paid for the returned item(s) after any discounts.
Sales tax or VAT collected by us on returned item(s) (if any) is refunded as required by law.
Import duties, import VAT, brokerage, and similar government or carrier charges paid to third parties are not refundable by us.
Promotions may be recalculated if you return part of a promotional purchase (for example bundle pricing or buy-one-get-one offers).

Currency:
If your purchase was made in a currency other than USD, refunds are issued in the original transaction currency to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion, fees, or timing outside our control.

Wrong item, missing item, damaged or defective item
If you received the wrong item, a missing item, or an item that arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If confirmed as our error, we will provide a remedy, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund. No restocking fee applies to confirmed errors. We may require the item be returned. If required, we will provide return instructions and, where feasible, a prepaid label or return shipping solution. Replacements sent to correct an error are not exchanges.

Refused, returned-to-sender, undeliverable, and import-related returns
If an order is refused, returned to sender, seized, delayed, or deemed undeliverable due to any of the following, it will be treated as a return: an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up from the carrier, refusal or failure to pay import duties, VAT, taxes, or brokerage fees collected by the carrier, inability to clear customs, import restrictions in the destination country, or other issues outside our control. Any refund issued will be subject to the 15% restocking fee (where permitted) and any outbound shipping costs we incurred (even if shipping was free to the customer), and we may also deduct return shipping charges and fees charged to us by the carrier or customs authorities to the extent permitted by law. Refunds, if any, are issued only after the package is returned to us and inspected.

Delivered but not received
If carrier tracking shows an order as delivered, it is treated as delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered after a confirmed delivery scan, you must contact the carrier promptly to request investigation and file any claim. We will provide reasonable documentation upon request. We may request additional information to assist with claims (for example a signed statement or police report where appropriate).

Abuse and fraud
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation, to the extent permitted by law.

Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before the order is fulfilled or shipped. Once shipped, the order is handled under this Return and Refund Policy.

Local consumer rights and jurisdiction-specific terms (UK and EEA)
This policy describes our voluntary return process and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

UK and EEA statutory right to cancel (withdrawal): If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have a legal right to cancel (withdraw from) your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason, subject to exceptions under applicable law. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that period by emailing snuzzli88@gmail.com with a clear statement that you are cancelling the order (withdrawal). You do not need return authorization to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Return timing for statutory withdrawal: After you notify us of withdrawal, you must hand the goods to the carrier for return within 14 days. The return is timely if you send it within that period. We may request reasonable proof of dispatch (for example a tracking number or carrier receipt).

Refund timing and delivery costs for statutory withdrawal: Where required by law, we will refund eligible amounts to the original payment method within the time period required by law after we receive the goods back or after you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back. Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard outbound delivery that you paid (if any). If standard outbound delivery was free, the refunded delivery cost is zero. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery cost where permitted by law.

Return shipping costs for statutory withdrawal: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law or unless we failed to provide required pre-purchase information about return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee for statutory withdrawal where prohibited by law, but we may reduce a refund for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, to the extent permitted by law.

Return instructions and return address: After you notify us of withdrawal, we will provide return instructions including the return address. You must send the goods to the return address we provide in writing.

Policy terms
The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Checkout disclosure (short)
Voluntary returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (instructions required). Customer pays return shipping and any import charges on returns. 15% restocking fee may apply where permitted. No exchanges. Final sale items are not returnable (except if defective or incorrect due to our error or where required by law). UK and EEA consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to cancel.
